Computers in Libraries 2008

Computers in Libraries 2008The advance program is available for the Computers in Libraries Conference in April. Look at session B302 and you’ll see that I’m co-presenting Open Source Applications as part of the Open Source Track on Wednesday.

Open Source has gained a huge amount of momentum in libraries. So I’m really glad to see an entire track devoted to OSS. Don’t miss the opportunity to see how libraries are using open source in their catalogs, websites, public computers, and more.

I skipped CIL last year, but I’m looking forward to speaking in D.C. again. Be sure to check out the conference wiki, if you plan to attend. If you can’t be there in person, keep up with the conference blog posts, photos, bookmarks, and slides.
