Yesterday MPOW held its spring support staff symposium in Wilmington, Ohio. My Executive Director and I had an opportunity to speak about text-based communication and etiquette. In a short amount of time, we covered email, instant messaging, text messaging, and social networks. Most of it is common sense, but common sense isn’t always common, right?
